DIY: How To Make Homemade Yogurt

Yogurt is a healthy food, it is a popular dairy product that’s made by the bacterial fermentation of milk. The bacteria used to make yogurt are called “yogurt cultures,” which ferment lactose, the natural sugar found in milk.
It contains protein, calcium, vitamins, minerals and probiotics, which are good for your immune system, heart, digestive health and weight management.

Yes, you can do it yourself

Dynamic lifestyle

You can use original unsweetened yogurt eg farm fresh or any other good one as your culture.

Dynamic lifestyle

You can use Dano milk, cowbell milk or 3 crown powder or liquid. Since the milk is less in fat, you will gain only healthy weight.
